Prompt examples
These are ready-to-paste prompts for cvforge agents. The section headings line up with the core data endpoint families, and the compound examples combine several data sources into one app.
Option pricing boundary: cvforge provides Massive fair market value estimates, not option bid/ask quotes, midpoint, NBBO, or last trades. Prompts that use FMV must label it as an estimate rather than an executable price.
Options chains
“Build an SPY options chain table with expiration and strike filters. Show fair market value, implied volatility, delta, open interest, and today's volume, with calls and puts side by side. Label FMV as an estimate, not an executable quote.”
“Create an AAPL implied-volatility surface across all expirations and strikes. Add controls for calls versus puts, moneyness range, and minimum open interest.”
Screener
“Build a market-wide scanner for option contracts where today's volume is greater than open interest. Show the underlying, contract ticker, expiration, strike, fair market value, volume, open interest, and implied volatility.”
“Find high-open-interest, high-volume contracts with implied volatility above 80%. Make the table sortable and add filters for calls, puts, expiration range, minimum volume, and minimum open interest.”
SQL queries
“Show net gamma exposure by strike for SPY. Aggregate calls and puts separately, then plot net gamma as a bar chart with the underlying price marked on the chart.”
“Rank the top 25 underlyings by total options volume and put/call volume ratio. Include total calls, total puts, total volume, and a simple color-coded sentiment column.”
Historical bars
“Chart six months of daily OHLC bars for the option contract O:SPY260116C00400000. Add volume below the candlestick chart and show the latest close, high, low, and percent change.”
“Compare 5-minute bars for two option contracts over the last trading week. Put both price series on one chart, normalize them to the first bar, and show a spread chart underneath.”
Daily open/close
“Build a daily summary panel for O:SPY260116C00400000 on 2026-06-30. Show open, high, low, close, volume, intraday range, and close versus open percentage change.”
“Make a contract day-check tool with inputs for option ticker and date. When I change either input, refresh the open, high, low, close, volume, and a compact status summary.”
FMP endpoints
“Build an AAPL fundamentals dashboard with company profile, annual income statement, valuation ratios, market cap, and the latest stock news. Put the key metrics in a compact overview at the top.”
“Create an SPY ETF holdings explorer. Show the top holdings, sector weights, country weights, and a searchable holdings table with weight and market value.”
Compound examples
“Build a covered-call research dashboard for AAPL. Show the stock profile and latest news, the current options chain, estimated income by expiration using fair market value, annualized yield, downside buffer, and candidates filtered by volume and open interest. State that FMV is not an executable quote.”
“Create an unusual-options activity workstation. Start with a market-wide volume-above-open-interest scanner, then let me click a row to see the full chain, historical bars for that contract, and related company news.”
“Build an earnings-risk dashboard for TSLA. Show upcoming earnings context, recent news, the front two option expirations, an ATM straddle estimate based on fair market value, implied move, and historical option bars for the selected contract. State that FMV is not an executable quote.”
“Make a macro-to-options monitor. Show FMP index price snapshots and market news, then summarize SPY and I:SPX option volume, put/call ratios, IV term structure, and net gamma by strike.”
