Free lets you try it with up to 20 data requests per hour. Go raises that to 1,000 requests per hour and adds a personal API key for programmatic access. Research adds the historical options library (aggregated OHLC for every U.S. contract) and up to 50,000 requests per hour.

It varies by package, and the exact delay is listed on every card below. Options snapshots update in real time to near real time, but current option valuation is a proprietary fair-market-value estimate — not a bid, ask, midpoint, NBBO, last trade, or executable price. News is delayed about 15 minutes; fundamentals and filings update within hours; estimates update weekly.
No. cvforge does not provide option bid/ask quotes, quote sizes, midpoint, NBBO, or last-trade data. The current per-contract valuation is fair_market_value, a proprietary estimate that should not be treated as an executable price.
No. There are no separate FMP or options-data accounts to set up. The data is connected inside cvforge and ready the moment you start building. On Go and Research you can also create a personal API key to reach the same data programmatically.
Any of them. The data is available to whichever agent you use, including Claude, Codex, Gemini, Grok, and Cursor. Claude Code and Codex have first-class support.
